9xbd Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. General Terms & Conditions and Eligibility

9xbd (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "Site") operates an online gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of 9xbd's services.

4. Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

9xbd's bonus and promotional offers are specially designed for Bangladeshi players. However, each offer comes with specific terms that should be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus:

• Up to 150% bonus on your first deposit
• Bonus Wagering Requirement: 10x the bonus amount
• The welcome bonus is for new members only, once per account.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus

General bonus rules:

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, your stake will be refunded
• In the event of a disconnection, game outcomes will be determined according to server logs.

• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, your stake will be refunded

Prohibited Activities:

• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches
• Colluding with other players

8. Account Suspension & Termination Policy

Account Closure Process:
